Went here in May 2022. Overall this is a really nice hotel, and it has a very modern and spacious feel. There are ramps (gentle) everywhere, most public areas have automatic doors and several lifts in the main building. However, the room we were in was only just accessible for me in a manual chair. There’s a big lip to get out onto balcony and bathroom is very tight. Whether it is the rear door to exit the hotel or the door to enter your room, it feels like lead weights have been added to make the doors incredibly hard to use all around the site. Basically there’s no way you could get around everywhere in this hotel on your own. Anything bigger than a small manual chair and the room will be impossible we were in. This is a shame, because it is a lovely hotel with so many good accessibility plus points.
