Used Waterloo Underground during the morning rush hour, albeit half-term. Staff really friendly and helpful ensuring I jumped the queues to get on the Jubilee line to Stratford.

Two lifts must be taken to get from the main station to the underground. They are a good size and the buttons are at a reasonable height.

Bit of a Tube novice but it went really well.
