The access for wheelchair users isn’t great. There’s ramp access in the entrance building/shop and to the cafe. Most of the paths are level on concrete with some dirt/gravel with one short slope by the pedal cars. All the horses and most of the other animals are accessible to view.

Some areas are inaccessible and these include the WW1 trenches, the tractor and horse carriage rides, undercover outside seating areas (no proper accessible tables), chickens, pedal cars, rides, outside play area and access to the inside play waiting area is limited due to a small step.

Because of the many barriers to wheelchair users and the fact they offer no price reduction and only give a discount to carers (should be free) I’ve given a bad rating instead of average. I wouldn’t recommend to wheelchair users and I certainly wouldn’t visit again.
