The Plaza adjoins the hotel, so no getting wet if its raining! Entrance and exit had automatic doors and a signposted one-way, keep left system was operating.

Mask wearing in the Plaza was compulsory, and booking for meals had to be done in advance. The Sports Hall has large tv screens and social distancing was being observed.

We did a pottery painting class and the tables were sensibly distanced.

One of our meals was in Las Iguanas, the upstairs restaurant, usually accessed by a lift. It was broke, but there was a step-free alternative route which wasn’t an inconvenience. Again well observed social distancing.

If we needed help there was always someone on hand to give it. Fantastic!
