The entrance to New Cross Inn is completely level, albeit narrow. The manual door is usually propped open. The concert area is fully wheelchair accessible, & a disabled toilet is available via radar key. If you don’t own one, just ask at the bar as they have one. The bar is a comfortable height to use from the wheelchair.
I didn’t use the toilet so cannot describe it.
Staff are incredibly friendly, treating you as they do every other customer. If you need help, they are more than happy to do everything they can for you.
There are bus stops nearby & taxis are available, but the nearby over-ground station does not have level access onto the train. The station itself is fully accessible, but a ramp is needed to board the train. However, this doesn’t need to be pre-booked, and staff are usually prompt at providing it.
